Product Yield Enhancement & Foundry Management Engineer

What you'd do
- Drive NPI yield ramp-up,address systematic/parametric yield defects,ensure robust product yield margin.
- Oversee foundry WAT/PCM and production PT/FT yields using statistical methods and trend analysis.
- Resolve DRC violations with Design/Foundry teams,plan silicon execution for on-time customer samples.
What they want
- 10+ years yield enhancement,process integration,or product engineering in advanced logic process technologies.
- In-depth understanding of FinFET fabrication flows,device physics,and device/product reliability.
- Proficiency in yield data analysis tools (JMP,YMS tools) and Python or equivalent scripting.
Nice to have
- 5+ years direct experience in sub-5nm FinFET and beyond CMOS logic process nodes.
- Proven track record leading projects with global foundries (TSMC,Samsung Foundry,etc.).
- Experience in NPI and high-volume mass production of high-performance SoCs (NPUs,GPUs).
