Job Description: As the Finance Lead, you will act as the strategic financial co-pilot for the Portfolio Growth Team (PGT). This role is accountable for co-creating and executing profitable long-term growth strategies and managing the Portfolio's operational and financial health. You will provide critical financial leadership, making strategic investment trade-offs to maximize sustainable growth and ensure financial delivery against commitments. You will ensure all innovation and commercial initiatives align with the Portfolio's strategic and financial objectives. What are we looking for? • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field. MS/MBA is preferred. • 7+ years of Finance Business Partnership experience. Marketing/Sales/Brand Finance experience is preferred. • Experience in a broad (full P&L) finance role is highly preferred. • CPG/Food/Bev experience is a plus • Demonstrated analytical and insights capabilities with advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, intermediate Power BI. • Strong track record of influencing senior business leaders and driving performance outcomes. • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
