ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for an IT Engineer to own the employee technology experience in our New York or London office while helping scale Cognition’s global IT operations. As the face of IT for the office, this person will ensure employees have secure, reliable technology and responsive support. They will also improve how IT operates by turning recurring work into durable tooling, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
