Job Description: 1. Responsible for the procurement activities of the assigned materials which include: • Responsible as main interface with customer order planning team & project stakeholder with effective coordination. • Support material simulation activities to meet customer order fluctuation & fulfillment. • Study and take appropriate actions on the MRP reports after MRP run. • Provide daily input/updates on material delivery related issues in critical material list. • Attend regular task force calls on critical supply materials status. Activate escalation to next level according to escalation RASIC. • Attend DLR (Daily Leadership Routine), a platform for information exchange with customer order planning. • Ensure material arrival with right qty and timing to avoid production disruption. • Coordinate activities with relevant parties to avoid line stoppage if material cannot arrive on time • Track and monitor supplier delivery performance. • Required to manage suppliers with higher levels of complexity & supplier development. • Support the preparation of reports and presentation slides when necessary. • Support continuous process improvement and lean initiatives.2.
