As a Lead Field Service Technician, BAS here at Honeywell, you will lead and execute advanced installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Building Automation Systems (BAS), ensuring optimal performance and system reliability. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you’ll work out of our Duluth, GA US location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of building systems by delivering expert technical leadership and support in BAS, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead installation, maintenance, and repair activities for Building Automation Systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to BAS to ensure continuous operation and compliance with safety and performance standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to provide technical expertise and ensure seamless integration of BAS solutions. • Conduct system testing, inspections, and preventive maintenance to verify proper operation and adherence to regulatory requirements. • Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all field service activities.
