- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent with no prior work experience required for this role
- Strong customer service orientation for delivering memorable and unique hotel guest experiences consistently
- Physical ability to stand,sit,or walk for extended periods and handle items under 10 pounds
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a hotel front desk,guest relations,or concierge service environment
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems and standard guest check-in and check-out procedures
