#2 Bindery Operator - 2nd Shift Job Description We are hiring a #2 Bindery Operator for our printing plant team in Eagan, Minnesota. In this role, you will perform set-up tasks, monitor equipment, and troubleshoot on our Core Publishing Solutions team. Location: Eagan, Minnesota Schedule: 2nd shift, 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, with occasional overtime of up to 4 hours per day and occasional weekend shifts Compensation: $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days in the role Key Responsibilities • Review job specifications for material and set-up requirements • Perform set-up tasks • Monitor equipment and product quality, and obtain maintenance support as needed • Perform simple to moderately complex troubleshooting related to product or equipment • Communicate effectively during the shift and at shift hand-off • Evaluate the mechanical condition of equipment and complete preventative maintenance • Use computer-based workflow applications to manage files, as needed • Document activities accurately on Tier Boards and in relevant systems (MII, SAP), including material usage and equipment issues • Perform feeding, catching off, stacking, bundling, or physical inventory cycle count activities, as…
