Job Description As a Legal AI Engineer, you will help law firm customers transform how legal work gets done with Thomson Reuters Legal AI. Combining legal-practice experience, product expertise, and a practical understanding of AI, you will identify high-value legal workflows, design and test AI-enabled solutions, and help customers move successful use cases into sustained adoption. You will work closely with Practice Innovation Advisors, Forward Deployed Engineers, and other cross-functional partners to address complex customer needs and explore solutions involving advanced configuration, integrations, and custom development. Key Responsibilities: In the role of Legal AI Engineer, you will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to: • Lead in-person discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, workflow workshops, and executive briefings with law firm customers to identify priority legal workflows and show how Thomson Reuters Legal AI can address them. • Support customers throughout the lifecycle by scoping Legal AI use cases, advising on workflow and solution design, and demonstrating legal AI capabilities. • Work with Customer Success, Forward Deployed…
