Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to: • Perform detailed failure analysis (FA) on semiconductor devices (ADI’s products) from internal and external customer requests that meet ADI's failure analysis cycle time and quality commitments. • Operate and maintain FA equipment including optical microscopy, X-ray, C-SAM, Curve Tracer, Decapsulation tools, Cross-sectioning tools, Mechanical sample preparation (grinding, polishing, cross-sectioning), SEM/EDX • Perform daily work on the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) • Work closely with FA engineers in collecting and…
