About the role Anthropic is looking for a Recruiter to partner with our Communications team. This team tells Anthropic's story across corporate, product, executive, and internal communications. In this role, you will be the team's primary recruiter. You will own searches from intake through offer, and you will advise leaders on where the talent is, what it costs, and how to win it. The best communicators are rarely looking, so finding them is the job. As the team grows, you may also support hiring for Brand and Marketing.
