What you'd do
- Translate Coupang Pay product requirements into technical roadmaps and concrete execution plans
- Manage the full SDLC from architecture and development through testing and deployment
- Drive architecture decisions across the team and actively manage long-term technical debt

- Prior experience as a backend engineering manager or hands-on tech lead
- Strong system design skills covering performance,stability,integrity,and security
- Proven Java and Spring distributed systems design and operations track record
Nice to have
- Deep working understanding of JPA and microservice architecture in production

- Large-scale operational systems with incident management and monitoring exposure
