Who we are looking for A hands-on Middle Office leader with deep trade management and settlements expertise who can run a high-volume production environment while strengthening controls and modernizing the operating model. The successful candidate will combine operational judgment, product knowledge and confident client engagement, and will provide clear ownership during time-sensitive production issues and escalations. Role purpose Lead components of end-to-end trade management and settlement operations for a major asset manager client, with accountability for control, service delivery, issue resolution and modernization. Functional scope Trade capture and enrichment; confirmation and matching; settlement instruction; fail prevention and resolution; cash and position impact; broker, custodian and market-infrastructure coordination. Product scope Equities, fixed income and foreign exchange. Leadership scope Multi-location operational teams; direct managers and subject matter experts; cross-functional delivery with client, technology, product, risk and control partners.
