Job Description: We’re looking for a Senior Product Specialist to join our Banking Operations Program. Banking Operations supports the processes and controls behind how Wise works with banking partners across markets. Our program helps this work scale by improving its processes, tools, controls, documentation and measures of success. In this role, you’ll own improvement outcomes within a defined area of Banking Operations. You’ll identify important problems, develop practical solutions, coordinate implementation and measure the impact. You’ll work across teams to create simpler, safer and more scalable ways of working. This is a senior specialist role where you’ll deliver through your expertise, organisation, communication and influence.
