- Supervise the Engineering department and stand in for the Director of Engineering
- Establish and manage effective preventive maintenance programs for the hotel property

- Hold a high school diploma with 4 years of engineering or maintenance experience
- Demonstrate technical training in HVAC-R,electrical,and plumbing systems
- Show experience inspecting,evaluating,and maintaining hotel facility physical conditions
Nice to have
- Hold a 2-year accredited degree in building construction,engineering,or a related field
