The Senior People Operations Partner serves as the primary strategic People Operations partner for leaders and employees across the APJ region. This role combines regional partnership, program support, operational excellence, and risk management to ensure people programs are effectively implemented and scaled across the region. The Senior People Operations Partner works closely with leaders, People Business Partners, Legal, Finance, and Recruiting teams to drive organizational effectiveness, operational readiness, and compliance with company policies and employment requirements. The role serves as a key bridge between global people strategies and regional execution, ensuring initiatives are successfully implemented while addressing the unique needs and complexities of the APJ region.
