As a Receiving Officer within our Purchasing team, you’ll play an important role in ensuring goods and supplies are received, checked, stored and distributed accurately across the hotel. From inspecting deliveries and maintaining stock areas to coordinating with departments and suppliers, your organisation and attention to detail will help keep hotel operations running smoothly from behind the scenes. What You’ll Do In this hands-on role, you will: • Receive, inspect and verify all incoming deliveries against purchase orders and delivery documentation. • Ensure goods are accurate, undamaged and meet required quality and freshness standards. • Refuse and report damaged, incorrect or unacceptable items when required. • Stage, organise and distribute goods to the appropriate hotel departments. • Monitor stock levels and notify the relevant manager when supplies are running low. •…
