WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH This role reports to the Manager of Nike Sportswear Print & Pattern and joins a highly creative, energetic, and collaborative design team. The designer partners closely with Color, Apparel, Graphic Design, Footwear, Development, and Business teams to bring a unified seasonal narrative to life across product. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Nike is looking for a passionate and inventive designer who can turn inspiration and creative direction into original print and pattern expressions. This person brings a strong eye for color, composition, detail, and craft, along with a deep understanding of how artwork translates across apparel and footwear. They balance hands-on creativity with technical expertise, using both physical and digital methods to develop compelling, production-ready work. The ideal candidate understands print applications, pattern repeats, textile processes, and production feasibility.
