Job Description: Get to Know the Team At Grab Financial Group (GrabFin), we're building the future of payments in Southeast Asia. As Engineering Manager, you will lead an engineering team. This team will work closely with other stakeholders in the organization, e.g., Product Managers, Business Lead, Operations. Together, they will solve the reconciliation and settlement platform problems at our core payment systems. Additionally, they will provide top-notch platform capabilities to our users. You will have Payments and Finance domain knowledge, solid technical skills, strategic guidance, technical leadership and people skills. Get to Know the Role You will lead an engineering team consisting of software engineers and QAs (SET), responsible for designing, building, and operating our Reconciliation and Settlement Platform for our Fintech foundations. Our solutions are mission-critical, operating 24/7 in some of the most dynamic and diverse markets in the world. Reliability, security, compliance, and speed are not optional – they are the baseline.
