Job Description: The Key Tasks You Will Perform • Administration and maintenance of cloud infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. • Deploy and support API integrations, webhooks, and basic workflow automations to support operational efficiency. • Support infrastructure-as-code deployments using tools such as Terraform and Ansible. • Write and maintain operational scripts using languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash. • Monitor system performance, perform routine checks, and assist with root-cause analysis for infrastructure issues. • Provide initial troubleshooting and support for infrastructure, network, endpoint, identity, and access tickets. • Maintain clear documentation for standard operating procedures, configurations, and playbooks.
