What you'd do
- Provide on-site customer support for DDP system installations,diagnoses,and repairs
- Collaborate with customers to develop dielectric deposition processes for advanced semiconductor nodes
- Design and execute DOEs; analyze data statistically and compile technical reports
What they want
- Hands-on experience with CVD,ALD,or dielectric deposition processes in a semiconductor fab
- Ability to support system installations,diagnostics,and equipment repair on-site
- Experience designing and executing hypothesis-driven process experiments
Nice to have
- Experience with low-k or high-k dielectric deposition for logic or memory nodes
- Background working across multiple customer fab sites simultaneously
