What you'd do
- Define and lead key design challenges within the Business UX domain at Coupang
- Collaborate closely with PM,engineers,data,and business teams on product vision and roadmap
- Design and improve UX/UI across the full Coupang shopping journey including search and purchase flow

- 5+ years of product design or UX/UI design practical experience in relevant roles
- Experience structuring customer problems and developing design strategies linked to business goals
- Experience making design decisions based on quantitative data,user research,and experiment results
Nice to have
- Experience handling multiple projects in fast-changing environments simultaneously or sequentially
- E-commerce,marketplace,search,recommendation,or conversion experience in product design
- A/B testing,funnel analysis,log data,and UX research application experience in design work
