We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to manage outbound operations within our contract logistics setup, ensuring seamless service delivery to our B2B customers. Key Responsibilities • Outbound Operations • Supervise order fulfillment including picking, packing, staging, and dispatch • Ensure OTIF (On Time in Full) delivery performance for customer orders • Validate shipping documentation and compliance with client requirements. • Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and dispatch planning • Ensure optimal utilization of vehicles and adherence to dispatch schedules • Inventory & Systems • Maintain high inventory accuracy using WMS. • Conduct cycle counts and support periodic stock audits • Analyse discrepancies and implement corrective actions • Team Leadership • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates and operators • Drive performance through daily huddles and KPI tracking • Ensure manpower planning and shift management • Customer & Stakeholder Management • Act as a…
