This is a temporary position The assignment duration is through 11/19/2027 JOB SUMMARY The FLEX Director, Digital & Technology Transformation Run of Show (CALA) leads regional coordination and oversight for The Power of M deployment readiness, cutover execution, and command center activities across Central America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. The role serves as the primary CALA lead for run-of-show execution, providing leadership during deployment events, maintaining visibility into readiness and execution status, facilitating issue resolution, and representing CALA in global governance forums. This position partners across continents, global, deployment, technology, support, and property teams to keep activities on schedule, proactively manage risk, and support stable deployment outcomes in a 24x7 Command Center environment.
