KBR is seeking a Project Procurement & Subcontracts Manager to lead and manage all project procurement and subcontract activities from planning through closeout, ensuring alignment with project objectives, client requirements, and risk management goals. Oversee sourcing, bidding, negotiations, contract administration, and supplier/subcontractor performance while driving cost, schedule, quality, and commercial success. Serve as the primary commercial interface among clients, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders, ensuring contract compliance, risk mitigation, and effective change management.
