What you'd do
- Ensure food and beverage service staff coordinate as a team to meet all guest service needs
- Inspect staff grooming and attire and complete all opening and closing duties for the service area
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability,service quality,safety,and overall guest well-being

- Food and beverage supervisory or team lead experience in a hotel or restaurant service environment
- Strong organizational skills for managing inventory,opening and closing duties,and supply management tasks
- Ability to assist management with hiring,evaluating,and coaching food service team members effectively
Nice to have
- Prior supervisory experience in hotel food and beverage service or restaurant operations management roles
- Familiarity with FIFO inventory management and hotel scheduling systems for food service operations
