Role overview: We're looking for a Senior Privacy Counsel based in Vancouver to join our global Privacy Team. The role has two core focus areas: • Cybersecurity. You'll be a central member of Match Group's incident response team by providing guidance on breach assessments, regulatory notification obligations, and incident handling strategy across all jurisdictions globally. Incidents are unpredictable and time-sensitive; when one hits, this work takes priority. • Global emerging privacy, cyber, and data regulation. You'll lead the team's forward-looking work on new laws, regulatory guidance, enforcement decisions, and court rulings, including in fast-moving areas like AI.
