Typical Accountabilities Accountabilities under contract management scope - • Responsible for establishing and maintaining efficient and compliant contract management process and practice in Cell Therapy Clinical Operation function to ensure business delivery as planned. • Act as subject matter expert of contract management and keep Cell Therapy Clinical Operation team updated to contract related regulations, industry trend & practice, business needs, etc. Contributes to the development of local SOPs and internal working processes relevant to contract management. • Act as owner of contract centralized management system and ensure system is in good working order and efficiency, so to provide required support to end-users. • Support Cell Therapy Clinical Operation team to deal with contract related tasks, ensure good quality of contract development within required turn-around time, so to support clinical study delivery, especially focusing on study start-up. • Oversee contract related compliance and support relevant audit and inspection. • Coordinate with country study team to drive AE/SAE claim process including but not limited to meeting organization, claim payments and receipt…
