AI Agent-Based Workflow Automation Engineer

What you'd do
- Build and operate on-premises LLM-based Code Agent workflow infrastructure with orchestration,tool registry,permissions,audit logs.
- Integrate agents with enterprise systems (Slack,Jira,Confluence,CRM/ERP,internal DBs) via APIs and webhooks.
- Implement reliability patterns: retries,timeouts,idempotency,fallbacks,human-in-the-loop handoff mechanisms.
What they want
- Proven production shipping of LLM/agent workflows used by real users or operations (demo,repo,write-up,architecture).
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph,n8n,OpenAI Agents SDK,or similar agent and workflow orchestration tools.
- Experience building LLM-powered automation or developer tooling (code agents,internal platforms,workflow engines).
Nice to have
- Strong interest in emerging foundation models (Claude,Mistral) and ability to evaluate trade-offs pragmatically.
- Familiarity with Cursor or other AI-augmented coding environments and productivity workflows.
- Experience with static code analysis,repo-scale automation,CI/CD pipeline building,quality gates,security checks.
