In our Analytics business, you will provide 24/7 support to Bloomberg users around the world and across multiple industries. Through Instant Bloomberg (IB) chat, you'll answer client questions, solve complex workflow challenges, and help clients maximize the value of Bloomberg's products and solutions. On any given day, our teams respond to tens of thousands of client inquiries in over 15 languages. From helping portfolio managers analyze risk to supporting traders as they uncover new sources of market liquidity, you'll gain exposure to a wide range of financial workflows while developing deep product, market, and client expertise.
