What you'd do
- Define and execute short and long-term technical roadmap for Solar LLM and VLM products
- Collaborate with research and engineering teams to establish model development direction and product strategy
- Identify and resolve technical blockers and issues during model development and productization

- 5+ years experience in IT product planning,product management,or leading projects in development organizations
- Deep understanding of AI/ML technology and AI product development processes to establish and execute product strategy
- Experience collaborating with research,engineering,and business teams while managing diverse stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with LLM and VLM model training or understanding of model architecture and implementation
- Experience building and operating AI model serving,inference systems,or MLOps pipelines
- Track record of improving AI products or projects from optimization,automation,or efficiency perspectives
