Work Flexibility: Onsite Supply Planning Manager Location: Tullagreen, Cork Department: Supply Planning Reports to: Director of Supply Planning Role Overview The Supply Planning Manager is responsible for leading the supply planning function within a manufacturing environment, ensuring the right products and materials are available at the right time while balancing customer demand, inventory, capacity and cost. The role will work closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, IOM, Warehousing and Commercial teams to develop robust supply plans, manage risks and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities • Lead the development and execution of supply and production plans in line with demand, capacity and inventory requirements. • Manage and develop the Supply Planning team, ensuring clear priorities, accountability and effective performance. • Identify and proactively manage material shortages, capacity constraints and supply risks. • Provide clear communication and escalation of supply risks to senior stakeholders. • Optimise inventory levels while maintaining agreed customer service targets. • Lead or support the S&OP/IBP process, providing clear analysis of supply, capacity and…
