The Director, People Systems will own the strategy, architecture, and ongoing evolution of ClickHouse’s global people systems ecosystem, with Workday at its core. This role will serve as the senior subject matter expert and strategic partner for People systems, ensuring our technology, data, and processes scale with the organization. This is a highly hands-on leadership role with significant ownership and autonomy. While the role will not initially have direct reports, the Director will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage external partners, establish systems governance, and influence People technology decisions across the organization.
