About the Role
[팀 소개] 영업교육팀은 영업조직의 지속적인 성장과 성과 향상을 위해 체계적인 교육과 역량개발 프로그램을 기획∙운영하는 조직입니다. 신입부터 고성과자 및 리더까지 성장 단계별 교육 프로그램을 제공하고, 보험상품∙시장∙Sales Skill 등 영업현장에 필요한 다양한 Contents를 개발합니다.
또한 영업현장의 Needs를 기반으로 유관부서 및 제휴보험사와 협업하여 영업 조직의 전문성과 경쟁력을 높이고 회사의 지속적인 Business Growth를 지원 합니다.
[직무 요약] 다양한 보험상품과 시장을 분석하여 영업현장에 필요한 상품전략과 Sales Contents를 기획·제공하고, 상품교육 및 영업지원 활동을 통해 영업조직의 상품 전문성과 판매 경쟁력 향상을 지원합니다.
영업현장 및 제휴 보험사와 긴밀하게 소통하며 상품과 현장을 연결하는 Product Specialist 역할을 담당합니다.
