What you'd do
- Process all guest check-ins by verifying identity,assigning rooms,and activating room keys accurately
- Compile and review daily reports,cashier closing reports,and contingency lists for front desk operations
- Accommodate guest requests and follow up with relevant hotel departments to ensure requests are resolved
What they want
- Guest experience or front desk supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality service environment
- Strong attention to accuracy for processing payments,verifying billing,and maintaining cashier shift reports
- Experience assisting management with training,coaching,and evaluating front desk service team members
Nice to have
- Prior supervisory or senior front desk experience at a Marriott brand or equivalent international hotel
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems and Marriott Rewards loyalty program operations
