What you'd do
- Process all guest check-ins at AC Hotel Geumjeong by verifying identity,room assignments,and payment
- Compile and review daily reports,cashier reports,and contingency lists for smooth front desk operations
- Accommodate guest requests by contacting appropriate hotel departments and following up to confirm resolution
