This is an onsite role based in Herzliya, Israel, supporting a collaborative, fast-paced research and development environment. The Office Administrator partners with employees, managers, Human Resources, Finance, suppliers, and service providers to deliver effective site operations and a positive employee experience. The role coordinates employee engagement, facilities and environmental health and safety activities, purchasing, logistics, payroll inputs, and employee onboarding and offboarding while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
