The Opportunity Adobe is seeking a Senior Manager, Employee Relations, to join the Americas Employee & Labor Relations (ELR) leadership team. This San Jose based role will lead a team of Employee Relations professionals supporting a large and diverse business portfolio. Beyond portfolio leadership, it also serves as a strategic leader within the broader ELR function. It combines outstanding people leadership and deep employee relations expertise to shape enterprise wide priorities, improve organizational capability, and drive initiatives that impact how ELR supports employees, managers, and the business.
