What you'd do
- Drive and lead key strategic design initiatives across numerous product categories in the core e-commerce app
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across UX,Product,Engineering,and Marketing to define strategy for new categories
- Ensure behavioral science and data-driven decisions are incorporated into all aspects of the design process
What they want
- 10 or more years of experience executing and delivering high-quality product designs
- Track record leading and launching customer-impactful projects with C-level stakeholder communication
- Experience leading design sprints,team brainstorming,and ideation exercises and launching features
Nice to have
- Track record using quantitative research methodologies to inform product design lifecycle decisions
- Domain knowledge and understanding of the complexities of a marketplace or consumer platform model
