Job Description: About the Team The Strategy Operations team supports both our people and our processes across Technology, removing barriers and scaling growth opportunities. Within that team, TechElevate drives learning & development, change management, and enablement experiences that strengthen capability and improve how Technology works. About the Role Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy Operations, this role is focused on turning change into adoption at scale. This is an individual contributor role for someone who can move comfortably between analysis and execution: spotting what will make Tech more successful, building the program to support that change, and then scaling it across the organization through training, workshops, communications, and strong operational follow-through. You Will: • Build and maintain internal tools, automations and agents that improve team workflows and reporting. • Use AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to prototype quickly, then test and document what you ship. • Track operational metrics and present progress through dashboards and clear summaries. • Support delivery of projects and programmes, owning defined workstreams. • Help teams adopt…
