This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement. Consultant, Rewards Mercer Rewards • A team in Rewards within a Human Resource Consulting firm is responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs for clients. • They analyze market data and industry trends to develop competitive salary structures and incentive plans. • The team also provides guidance on employee recognition programs and helps clients ensure their rewards strategies align with their overall business objectives.
