- Oversee day-to-day IT operations aligned with ITSM processes and SLAs
- Own end-to-end IT asset management including lifecycle planning and device refresh cycles
- Manage and monitor IT operational spending for cost efficiency and transparency
What they want
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 5 to 8 or more years of IT operations experience
- Strong knowledge of IT service management,operational governance,and IT asset management
- Proven experience in vendor management,contract management,and budget tracking
Nice to have
- ITIL certification
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Experience with AV systems and network devices and cabling
