Job Description: About the Role: As a Director, Risk & Compliance, you will establish operational plans to drive revenue growth, expand customer engagement, and scale our specialty sales initiatives across the region. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will manage a team of managers and sales specialists to achieve business targets and expand brand presence in a competitive market environment.
