The Position We are looking for a Finance Excellence Partner (FxP) to support finance excellence initiatives at both Middle East & Africa (MEA) sub-regional and local affiliate level. The role contributes to the Finance Excellence Chapter (FxC) by driving standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement across finance processes. As an FxP, you will collaborate closely with Finance Enterprise Partners (FEPs), Roche Shared Services (RSS), and local stakeholders to ensure reliable financial reporting, planning, financial master data quality, and efficient month-end processes.
