This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of Claims, ensuring service delivery remains aligned to client expectations. You will handle matters in an efficient and professional manner, while maintaining clear and consistent communication with all relevant stakeholders throughout the claims process. This role would suit an individual with experience in Claims, who is looking to further develop their career with a global leader in insurance. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication and stakeholder management skills, together with a proactive, organised, and professional approach to delivering excellent client service. HNW experience would be an advantage.
