As our Senior Collections Analyst, you'll own a global portfolio of commercial accounts end-to-end: driving outreach, resolving disputes, and weighing in on credit hold decisions. You'll also be the resident expert on how our ERP supports AR and Collections work, so you'll shape both the deals closing today and how the team operates going forward.
