As the leading modern data platform—and the first database company to IPO in over 20 years—we are looking for a Director, Corporate Counsel to lead critical corporate, securities, and governance initiatives across our global organization. Reporting to our Deputy General Counsel, you will serve as a strategic legal partner to the Board of Directors, executive management, Finance, HR, and Investor Relations. You will drive public company compliance, oversee corporate transactions, and architect scalable legal operations for a high-growth environment. This role can be based out of our New York or Palo Alto offices or remotely in the United States. Key Responsibilities • SEC Compliance & Capital Markets: Own end-to-end public company reporting and disclosure processes, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and Section 16 filings.
