Lead strategy and execution of the OKX conversational AI assistant for users
Own the agentic AI roadmap for compliance,risk,fraud,and operations functions
Own product design of shared AI infrastructure including orchestration and evaluation

12+ years in product and tech with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
Proven track record shipping conversational or agentic AI products as the owner
Deep familiarity with LLM product architecture including multi-agent systems and RAG

Nice to have

Background in crypto,fintech,or financial services at global scale
Graduate degree in a technical field
Experience with successful conversational AI or agentic AI products
