What you'd do
- Serve as primary HR Business Partner for the US office and support the Korea office
- Coach and advise managers on performance management,employee development,and organizational changes
- Own and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations across global locations

- Proven HRBP experience supporting both US and international (ideally Korea) office locations
- Experience managing global employee lifecycle,onboarding,and performance management programs
- Ability to partner cross-functionally with Finance,Legal,and IT for compliant HR operations
Nice to have
- Experience applying AI tools and automation to HR process improvement
- Familiarity with Korean labor law and HR compliance requirements
- Background in talent development program design and manager enablement
