We are looking for a detail-oriented team player with a passion for workplace design to take ownership of global workplace design and project execution. Joining the Workplace team, you will report to the Head of Global Workplace & Real Estate and execute both short- and long-term projects to support Asana’s global expansion. The Workplace team supports every Asana by creating welcoming, comfortable, and inclusive environments where everyone can perform at their best. This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.
