Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite The Manager, Performance Measurement – Global Invoice to Pay (I2P) and Master Data (MD) is a front‑office global analytics leader responsible for converting I2P and MD performance data into clear, decision‑ready insights through strong storytelling, user experience (UX) design, and disciplined KPI governance. The role owns the I2P and MD analytics demand intake, shapes and prioritizes questions based on business value, and manages a portfolio of dashboards and insights (including rationalization of low‑value reporting). The Manager provides lightweight portfolio management, coordinating analytics initiatives and partners closely with I2P and MD stakeholders (GPOs, finance leaders, finance centers) to define KPI intent and interpretation, and with Analytics Infrastructure to ensure trusted, scalable, user‑centered insights that are embedded into Global Finance Operations operational excellence. This is a highly collaborative, strategic role with significant cross‑functional visibility and influence across Global Finance Operations.
